Understanding Your LANA Wallet

LANA operates on a prepaid Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG) wallet.

Rather than paying for fixed usage each month, you simply add funds to your wallet and are charged only for the services you use.

Every eligible activity, such as sending an SMS, making a phone call, purchasing a phone number, or sending emails, is automatically deducted from your wallet balance.

This means:
• You only pay for what you use.
• There are no minimum monthly usage commitments.
• You can monitor all wallet transactions through your account.
• LANA stores up to three (3) months of detailed Wallet Transaction History.
• Auto Top-Up is required to maintain a positive wallet balance and ensure uninterrupted service.

How Usage Charges Work

Whenever you use a communication service through LANA, a small charge is deducted from your wallet.

Examples include:
• Sending SMS messages
• Receiving SMS replies
• Making or receiving phone calls
• Recording calls
• Creating call transcripts
• Sending emails
• Purchasing or porting phone numbers

Each charge is recorded in your Wallet Transaction History, allowing you to clearly identify how your usage costs are calculated.

SMS & MMS Charges

SMS and MMS are charged each time a message is sent or received.

SMS pricing is calculated per message segment.

A standard SMS contains up to 160 characters. Messages longer than one SMS are automatically split into multiple segments by the carrier. Each additional segment contains up to 152 characters due to SMS encoding standards, and each segment is billed separately.
