Initial Account Set up

The team is currently working on setting up your account. In the meantime, you can do the following to utilize LANA's other features.

  1. Connect your Social Media Accounts.

    • After logging in to your LANA account, go to Launchpad and connect your Google My Business, Facebook, and Instagram. 


 

  1. Your LANA account already has an auto-response workflow for these platforms. You can check and edit them by going to Automation > Workflows > LANA folder > workflow list.


  1. Update your Chat Widget and LANA Contact form workflow.

    • Using the same location for the social media workflows, you can find the "Website Form Submissions" workflow. Click the name to open and edit it.

    • Fill out the Google Analytics action if you will be using this.


  • SMS responses are already added as templates. You are free to modify them however you see fit.

  • Update the Office Hour Split filter based on your operating business hours.

  • Make sure to Save on every Action and on the workflow itself (upper right corner).

 

 

  1. Fill out the notification details.

    • On your LANA dashboard go to Settings > Custom Values > edit (pencil icon) the Email Address Notification field with the email address you want to get notified for new leads.

    • Same place, edit the SMS Notification # and key in the phone number you want to get notified for new leads.

 

  1. Edit the Birthday workflow and Publish it if you will be using it. This workflow will automatically run as long as there is a saved Date of Birth on a contact’s details.

  1. Create marketing emails. Go to Marketing > Emails > Templates and play around with the email builder to create monthly newsletters or any other marketing promos!
