Creating LANA As A SimPRO API
Step 1
Log in to your simPRO Account
Step 2
In the top right corner of the screen, click the Cog then go to Setup.
Step 3
Within the setup screen, click the bottom left option API, then select Applications.
Step 4
Click on the Create Application button.
Step 5
Fill out the details as below and click on Create.
Step 6
The new application should now appear in your list of API Applications, click on the blue Down arrow to Download the key file. Save it somewhere on your computer.
Step 7
LANA also need your Company ID, you can find this by clicking on Company within the Settings area.
Step 8
LANA also need your Company ID, you can find this by clicking on Company within the Settings area, you will see the Company ID listed in the same row as the Company where you will want the LANA Integration to take place.
Step 9
Send an email to the LANA team at onboarding@lana.software with the Company ID from Step 8 and a copy of the key file attached to the email that you downloaded in Step 6.
That's it, the LANA Team will be in touch with you to let you know when your integration is ready for testing.
